So I didn’t exactly eat these for breakfast (dinner last night) and they’re not quesadillas proper (didn’t have tortillas in the fridge) but you get the idea…
4 tortillas (or 2 pita pockets)
2 t cinnamon
Cut up the apple. Saute with cinnamon and a little butter (may need to add a tablespoon or two of water). Meanwhile, slice enough brie to cover all four tortillas. Cover two tortillas with brie. Scatter cooked apples over brie. Add strawberry jam. Cover with brie and other tortillas. You should have two brie/apple/jam sandwiches. Fry and eat warm.
